<p>Burger King wanted to draw attention to their new and very cheap burger ‘Hot Salsa’. It only costs 2€, but sometimes even that is too much for a student on a budget. So how could we ensure that anyone can afford a Hot Salsa burger? We found a currency no one had given a value yet &#8211; and that anyone can afford.</p>
<p>Facebook-likes</p>
<p>We created a system that could track and measure «likes» on status updates mentioning  Burger Kings Facebook page.</p>
<p><strong>This is how it works:</strong></p>
<p>1. Join the Facebook page «Have It Your Way», and follow the instructions.<br />
2. When you write a status update, mention the page @HaveItYourWay.</p>
<p>If 10 people like your status, you automatically recieve a message from the King, including a free Hot Salsa coupon &#8211; Straight to your cell phone.</p>
<p>Then, we introduced the Norwegian people to the new currency. In the restaurants, outdoors and on Facebook.</p>
<p><strong>Results:</strong></p>
<p>As expected norwegian students were quite poor during the campaign. Thousands of people mentioned @HaveItYourWay in their status updates&#8230;.and even more people liked them. And saw them.When Facebook shut down the campaign after only 5 days, Burger King had already reached their goals:</p>
<p>All the free coupons were given out.</p>
<p>Burger King’s fanpage had reached 30.000 new members.</p>
<p>And the restaurants sold more ‘Hot Salsa’ burgers than ever.</p>
<p>During the short campaign, we even got media coverage in national newspapers, digital newspapers and blogs. But most importantly; By adding a new dimension to BK’s slogan ‘Have It Your Way’, we gave all burger lovers a taste of Burger King. Even if they didn’t have 18 NOK.</p>

<p>Som prosjektleder i DIST vil du være den sentrale pådriveren for å igangsette, drive og lande prosjekter i DIST.  Du må synes at leveranser og kontroll er maksimalt givende og utfordrende. Alt handler om små ting i DIST og våre løsninger krever ofte nitidig detaljstyring. Som prosjektleder er du kunnskapsrik, med bredt nettverk og et raskt, strukturert hode. Det er en styrke om du liker å jobbe sammen med de kreative og kanskje har en sær interesse vi kan nyte godt av. Bakgrunn kan være hva som helst, så lenge du er suveren. Ordnung muss sein!</p>

<p>Nina moved back to Oslo summer 09 and started working for LOS&amp;Co as an Account Manager and media advisor. Clients she worked with included Hurtigruten, SBS Radio (Radio 1, Radio Norge and Voice), Klimaløftet, Natura Lab, ResMed, Fluenta, GO3, Frisk Forsikring, Hurtigruta Carglass etc.</p>

The gold and bronze award was actually won in the same category for alternative media channels, for the <a href="http://www.distcreative.com/?p=92" target="_self">&#8220;Singing Weather Girl&#8221;</a> and &#8220;Litago Mokka&#8221;.</p>
<p>DIST shares the honor of the silver in the category &#8220;Interactive Design&#8221;, with our good friends at <a href="http://jimmyroyal.no/" target="_blank">Jimmy Royal</a> who helped us develop the online campaign &#8220;Litago Cow Art&#8221;.</p>
<p>The Singing Weather Girl was also nominated &#8220;Pioneer of the Year&#8221;, but lost to a very worthy winner &#8211; the design bureau Anti and their &#8220;Anti Sweden Jeans&#8221;.</p>

I DIST jobber vi med kunder som Google, Burger King, NetCom og TINE, men også mindre merkevarer. Dette betyr at du må være løsningsorientert uansett størrelse på budsjettet vi skal forvalte. Det er et stort pluss om du har positiv autoritet og har evnen til å eie møterommet. Bakgrunn kan være hva som helst, så lenge du er suveren.</p>
<p><strong>Prosjektleder:</strong> Du vil være den sentrale pådriveren for å igangsette, drive og lande prosjekter i DIST.  Du må synes at leveranser og kontroll er maksimalt givende og utfordrende. Alt handler om små ting i DIST og våre løsninger krever ofte nitidig detaljstyring. Som prosjektleder er du kunnskapsrik, med bredt nettverk og et raskt, strukturert hode. Det er en styrke om du liker å jobbe sammen med de kreative og kanskje har en sær interesse vi kan nyte godt av. Bakgrunn kan være hva som helst, så lenge du er suveren. Ordnung muss sein!</p>
<p><strong>Tekstforfatter og Art Director: </strong>Enten du er singel eller i et team, så er du hjertelig velkommen til å søke! Her ønsker vi personer med erfaring fra tilsvarende stillinger i annet byrå, som er sulten på DIST fordi vi er et byrå hvor hele og sterke idéer blir virkelige. Fordi kreativitet handler om ALT vi kan gjøre for å løse utfordringene til våre kunder.
